General Conditions

  • Agreement to Terms: You agree that by using the Site, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with BAGVEDA (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old or access the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Updates: We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Products and Availability

  • Product Description: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Colour Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.

  • Out of Stock: We do not guarantee the availability of any product listed on the Site. If an item you ordered is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer an alternative product.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to the terms of our third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

  • COD Conditions: COD availability may be limited by order value or delivery location. If a COD order is placed and subsequently refused upon delivery, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that customer.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

  • Purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review those policies before making a purchase.

  • All items purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: If you register an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

     

  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are limited to:

    • Attempting to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of BAGVEDA or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

  • You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of this Site but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of BAGVEDA.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAGVEDA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data) arising from your use of the Site or products purchased from the Site.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceedings relating to your access to, or use of, the Site or the products shall be instituted in the courts located in New Delhi, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
