Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

 

We at BAGVEDA are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your bag, we've outlined a clear and easy process for returns and exchanges.

1. General Return and Exchange Conditions

Return Window We offer a 7-Day Return/Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging All returned items must be in the original packaging with all original tags, labels, and seals intact.
Proof of Purchase A copy of the original invoice or receipt is required for all returns/exchanges.

2. Cases for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or offer exchanges/replacements only under the following specific conditions:

  • Damaged Product: The product was received broken or physically damaged during transit.

  • Defective Product: The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty zipper, torn strap upon arrival).

  • Incorrect Product: The product delivered is different from the item you ordered (wrong colour, size, or style).

  • Missing Item: The order is incomplete (missing a product or an accessory that should have been included).

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us: Send an email to our Customer Support team at bagvillaa75@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Provide Details: In the email, please include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • The Name of the Product you wish to return/exchange.

    • A clear reason for the return (Damaged/Defective/Incorrect).

    • Attach clear photographs of the product, the internal packaging, and the outer shipping box (if the item was damaged).

  3. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with a Return Authorization and instructions for pickup.

4. Reverse Pickup Process

  • For eligible return cases (listed in Section 2), we will arrange a reverse pickup from the delivery address.

  • Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging to prevent any further damage during transit.

  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost. We will then process a credit for the shipping cost (up to a pre-approved amount) upon successful quality check.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your returned item is received at our warehouse and passes a mandatory Quality Check (QC), we will proceed with the appropriate action:

Refund Method Refund will be processed back to the original source of payment. Refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your bank account. You will be asked to provide bank details.
Timeline The refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days of the QC being completed. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. The refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days of the QC being completed.
  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange for the same item (e.g., damaged replaced with new), the replacement will be dispatched once the QC is complete and subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

  • Shipping Fee: The original shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately with your Order Number. The refund for a pre-paid cancelled order will be processed within 24-48 business hours.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait for the order to be delivered and then follow the standard return process (Section 3).

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Any item returned after the 7-day return window.

  • Items without original tags, packaging, or accessories.

  • Products that show signs of usage, washing, misuse, or deliberate damage.

  • Free gifts or promotional items.
