1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in New Delhi, India.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST on any given day will be processed the following business day.

  • During peak seasons, sale events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays on our website banner or during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping across all serviceable pin codes in India.

  • Non-Serviceable Locations: We reserve the right to cancel an order if we determine that the shipping address is in a non-serviceable location. In such cases, a full refund will be processed promptly.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only offer shipping within India (Domestic Shipping). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Delivery is subject to the serviceability of our courier partners. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues

  • Damages in Transit: BAGVEDA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we strive to ensure a quick resolution.

    • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at bagvillaa75@gmail.com (as detailed in our Return Policy) and provide photographs of the damage, the shipping box, and the packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier or arrange a replacement, based on eligibility.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your local delivery agent and neighbors. If the package is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us for assistance.
